Dosa isn’t a dish, it’s an emotion for a lot of us! Hot, crispy, and aromatic, dosas done right can transport us to a different world altogether. Let’s have a look at how to add some nutritional punch to our regular dosa in the quickest way.
Ingredients: (Serves 3 to 4 dosas)
- 100 gms of Rasa’s Gluten Free Flour
- Cold Pressed Sesame Oil, needed salt, water, 1 tbspn curd
Method of Preparation:
- Mix Rasa Gluten Free Flour, salt, curd and water in a bowl and ensure there are no lumps. Add little water if needed to bring it to the right consistency and rest it for 15 minutes. You can add some onions, curry leaves and green chillies to make it more tasty.
- Take a dosa pan, add a ladle of the dosa batter kept ready, drizzle it with some cold pressed sesame oil.
- Let the dosa turn golden and crispy, serve it hot with sambar and chutney of your choice.
