Step 1: Take the required quantity of Gluten-Free Flour and add the needed salt to it.
Step 2: Add water slowly and make it into a soft dough and rest for few minutes
Step 3: Roll it into Rotis and cook them on a tawa by drizzling oil. You can also make fluffy Phulkas.
Step 4: Gluten-Free Flour can be added to cookies, pancakes, and dosas for the extra Nutrient punch.
