THE PERFECT BREAKFAST PORRIDGE BOWL

A bowl of porridge is one of the healthy ways to kick-start your day! Come, let’s see how to enjoy a quick and nutritious porridge bowl that makes waking up to every single day a cherishing experience. The aroma of Strawberry in Rasa’s Propel is a lovely way to start your day.


Ingredients: (Serves 2)

  • 50 gms Rasa’s Propel
  • 150 ml water and 250 ml of boiled milk
  • Natural Brown Sugar
  • Cut fruits of your choice- apples, bananas, blueberries would be apt
  • A pinch of cinnamon
Method of Preparation:
  • Take 50 gms of Rasa’s Propel along with 150 ml of water in a saucepan. Mix until no lumps are formed, and boil it for a few minutes till it thickens. Keep stirring to avoid sticking to the bottom the saucepan.
  • Remove from heat once it thickens, leave it for a few minutes and add the 250 ml of boiled milk, needed Natural brown sugar as per taste, a pinch of cinnamon and mix well.
Transfer the porridge to a bowl, top it with fresh-cut fruits of your choice and relish it.
